Bring a smile to their face, sponsor a child and help us to get
them off the streets, and live their childhood into a respected
and responsible future. Your sponsorship will go a long way towards
providing these children with food, clothing, healthcare, education
and vocational training and give them a chance for a brighter future.
This will also enlarge our scope to help many more children who
have no one to provide their needs and thus prevent them from being
exposed to prostitution, bonded labour, physical and sexual and
substance abuse and exploitation.
Your monthly contribution of $30 per child (inclusive of administrative
and overhead costs) will provide essentials like education including
school fees, books, stationery, uniform and shoes, food, clothing,
medical and dental care and also vocational training, fun trips,
and camps.
As
soon as you have signed up to sponsor a child you will receive a
picture of the child as well as background information about the
child. You will also get a progress report from the child once every
year. Sponsors are invited to write to their children as often as
possible. For this you will have to send your letter to Channels
of Love at our contact address. We will not only deliver the message
but also send any reply the child has for you. Sponsors can also
visit their children. This not only inspires the children but also
brings them face to face with the person that is helping them.
